Every structure has its unique reason for existing, along with associated commercial, design and site imperatives. We canvas alternative designs before arriving at the most appropriate engineering solution for a project or client. It's a necessary part of the engineering & value management process, and one that we take seriously.  When we engineer a structure, we take our cues from architecture, the site, and the construction environment.

Architectural engineering is an ongoing theme with projects carried out by the practice

Design Process

Start with development, architectural & planning objectives, and budget. Brainstorm project alternative engineering approaches and solutions Collaborate with the architects and allied professionals to optimize an overall systems solution for the project. Develop the design from construction feedback consequent of the value management. Review the design and assumptions, and test the design response with the project team and cost consultant.
